How to request a Delaware Crash Report

Please enclose a copy of your collision information exchange form along with your payment. The fee for a standard collision report remains $25.00, and for a fatal collision report, $60.00. Payment can be made by check or money order, payable to the Delaware State Police. Requests must be submitted by mail. Walk-in requests for crash reports cannot be accommodated.

  • $18.50 payment
